Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that show signs of use, have missing packaging, or are returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. If the product arrived with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we will prioritize your case and ensure it is resolved quickly.
How to Initiate a Return
Please email us at info@faooschwarzz.it.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label—there are no return shipping charges and no restocking fees.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been initiated.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred, without inconvenience to you.
